1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Sonungo ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Sonungo provides a student platform for job application tracking, including a web application, Chrome Extension, and Gmail integration. We also provide the Canvas Reminder Bot for educational assignment notifications.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Gmail Integration
Our Gmail integration allows the service to read your emails in a read-only capacity to detect job application confirmations. By enabling this feature, you grant us permission to access this data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings or within the Sonungo Settings page.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Sonungo for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its related systems.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and functionality on Sonungo, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Sonungo or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sonungo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in tracked information.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page.
